Using Encore
These terms apply to madebyencore.com and the Encore creative workspace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Questions: support@madebyencore.com.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your login, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity you authorize. Do not bypass security, interfere with other users, or misuse the service.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in uploaded content. You authorize Encore and its service providers to store and process your inputs and outputs as needed to deliver, secure, and support the service. Obtain the necessary permissions for faces, voices, products, and other protected material. Do not create unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, nonconsensual sexual content, or content exploiting minors. Private workspace content is not automatically published as marketing material.
AI-generated results
Review outputs before using or publishing them. AI results can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, platform approval, or advertising results. Use of outputs remains subject to applicable law, rights in the inputs, and the selected model providers’ terms. Make any disclosures required for your use.
Plans, prices, and credits
Prices and credit allowances are shown in Credits before checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Credits are an internal service allowance, not money, and cannot be transferred or cashed out. One-time pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Under the current plans, unused monthly credits roll over without a scheduled expiration. Cancellation alone does not remove an already paid allowance. Refunds and payment reversals can remove the related allowance. Changes to future pricing will be disclosed before the affected purchase or renewal.
Generation and exports
Review the displayed credit cost before submitting a generation. Credits are reserved for the job and settled when its outcome is known. Confirmed failed jobs release their reservation. Processing time depends on the selected model and provider. Keep copies of important outputs. Encore is in early access; availability, models, and feature limits may change.
Refunds and cancellation
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Purchases through Managed Payments are sold through Link and also subject to its payment terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Link.
Restrictions and service changes
We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will post updated terms here with their effective date and notify users of material changes where required.
