Refund policy
Straightforward refunds.
Credit returns for failed jobs and refunds for purchases are handled separately.
Effective October 13, 2026
Unused purchases: 14 days
You may request a refund within 14 days of an unused credit-pack purchase or an unused subscription payment, including a renewal. The credits from that payment must be unused and not reserved by an active job. Contact support@madebyencore.com with your account email and receipt reference, or request payment support through Link.
Used credits
Used credits are generally nonrefundable. We review billing errors, duplicate charges, and service problems individually. A successful generation that differs from your creative preference is not automatically a technical failure. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights required by applicable law or rights provided by the merchant of record.
Failed generations
Credits reserved for a confirmed failed generation are automatically released. This is a credit return, not a refund to your payment method. A pending or running generation is not yet a confirmed failure.
What happens to refunded credits
When a payment is refunded, the corresponding credit allowance is removed. For a partial refund, we remove the proportional allowance, rounded up to a whole credit. Tax does not buy extra credits. If affected credits have already been used or reserved, available credits may be reduced or new generation may be blocked until the adjustment is resolved. We do not automatically charge your payment method for a credit shortfall.
Disputes
Credits associated with a disputed payment may be held while the payment is reviewed. If the payment is restored to Encore, the hold is released; separate refunded amounts remain deducted. If the dispute is lost, those credits remain removed. Contact support if you believe an adjustment is incorrect.
Cancellation and payment processing
Cancel a subscription through Link to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider, which controls payment-method availability and bank processing time. Managed Payments transactions are sold through Link; its payment terms and any applicable consumer rights also apply.
