How HARBOR LABS LLC processes information when you use Encore.

Who we are
HARBOR LABS LLC operates Encore at madebyencore.com. For privacy requests, contact support@madebyencore.com.
Information we process
We process account and authentication details; uploaded media, prompts, projects, product briefs, character references and preferences; generation and export records; credit balances; support correspondence; and payment references. Stripe and Link handle payment details. Encore does not receive your full card number. Hosting and infrastructure providers also process operational information such as IP addresses and request logs.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, save your workspace, generate and export requested content, fulfill purchases, maintain credits, provide support, prevent misuse, and understand product usage. Depending on applicable law, processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, databases, and private media storage; Vercel for hosting and APIs; Google Cloud for hosted rendering; fal and selected model providers for generation; and Stripe/Link for payments. Inputs required for a job are sent to the relevant provider. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. Do not upload content you lack permission to share.
Usage measurement and browser storage
Our first-party measurement records a random per-tab session identifier, an allowlisted landing-page path, and a broad traffic-source category. After sign-in, the session can be associated with your internal account identifier. Analytics fields do not include prompts, full referrer URLs, email addresses, or arbitrary query strings. The collector respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Session rows older than 90 days are removed during subsequent collection. Activation reporting also uses account, job, and fulfilled-credit records. Browser storage keeps login state and working drafts; session storage supports continuity and usage measurement. Blocking required storage can affect sign-in and saving.
Retention and sharing
Workspace content is retained until removed or a verified deletion request is processed. Operational, security, backup, and financial records may be retained where needed for legitimate operational or legal purposes. Provider retention is governed by the relevant provider’s terms. Private uploads are not automatically published on the homepage or social accounts; we ask before using private customer content as promotional examples. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support@madebyencore.com; we verify ownership before processing requests. You may use supported browser tracking opt-outs. For Link payment-data requests, contact Link support.
Children and updates
Encore is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@madebyencore.com. We will update this notice when our practices change and provide further notice where required.
